Professor Laith Al-Rubaiy is an award-winning consultant gastroenterologist and hepatologist in London. He is an Honorary Professor at Swansea University Medical School in Swansea. After completing medical school with “distinction”, he won two highly competitive scholarships to complete his postgraduate medical studies at the State University of New York and then at King’s College London. Professor Laith Al-Rubaiy has more than 15 years’ experience in gastroenterology and hepatology. He works as an Honorary Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at Northwick Park Hospital in Harrow as well as an Honorary Professor at Swansea University Medical School. As an elected committee member for the British Society of Gastroenterology, he is also a reviewer for various international journals and has authored several peer-reviewed publications.
